Tyler Rice is dedicated to researching how leading individuals (and their companies) can use digital wellness as a strategy to achieve success.

From experiencing “digital overwhelm” during his first job as a consultant in Silicon Valley to his current role as co-founder and COO of the Digital Wellness Institute, he has seen the power of tactical disconnection first-hand. Nearly everyone believes that great companies and individuals create sustainability and success through connection. Companies invest millions of dollars annually in software tools and technologies meant to increase efficiency and connection (but often add to employees’ feelings of digital overwhelm). 

But based on research and experiences working with some of the nation’s largest employers, Tyler has found that the best companies in the world—and the most successful individuals—actually strive to create disconnection.
